Philanthropic Operations Committee: Responsible for grantmaking, reviewing and evaluating grant applications and technical assistance. Finance Committee: Responsible for budgeting, obtaining an annual audit and investment management. Resource Development Committee: Responsible for fund development and constituent relations. Cultural Committee: Responsible for Cultural Organizing, promoting an understanding of the culture of rural organizing, the culture of rural communities and the preservation of cultural traditions. To become a nominee, a minimum of five (5) hours, per month, of service is required, which includes committee participation, attendance at annual membership meeting and other related activities.
